License and Usage Rights

- Integration with Claude AI for document intelligence
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Use the Software for illegal or unethical purposes
- Distribute or sublicense the Software without written permission
- Use the Software to violate attorney-client privilege or professional responsibility rules
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
Professional Responsibility

As a legal professional, you remain responsible for ensuring that your use of LegalContext complies with applicable professional responsibility rules, including but not limited to rules regarding competence, confidentiality, and attorney-client privilege.
Data and Privacy
Your documents are processed locally on your computer. We do not access, store, or transmit your document content. You retain full ownership and control of all documents and data processed through the Software.
Third-Party Services
LegalContext integrates with third-party AI services (including Claude AI by Anthropic). Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

Termination
